| Lókút (545 inhabitants) is to the north of Veszprém, in one of the nicest sceneries of the Bakonywaldes. The house lies in quiet local position. The Ballaton is approx. 30 km away. To Vienna these are about 1.5-hour journey, to Budapest 1 hour. | It concerns a very nice former farmhouse which was completely renovated from the year 2001 to 2006. It is very well suitable as a summer cottage, age retirement home or also for horse friends and golfers. In any case, for everything which want to like an original, nature-related life-style and not renounce nevertheless a certain comfort. A chimney stove warms the bedroom in the ground floor and the rooms in the attic are likewise warmed by the second, smaller tiled stove. The floor in sitting room and bedroom are of wood. In the kitchen the original stone floor is still. The house is completely furnished and should be also sold possibly so. |
